20 Years of Black Arrow Real Estate: A Journey Built on Trust
In 2026, Black Arrow Real Estate proudly celebrates 20 years in the Dubai property market. It is a milestone that represents far more than the passing of time. It reflects two decades of local experience, changing market conditions, long-standing client relationships and a commitment to helping people make informed property decisions.
Our journey began in 2006 with the opening of our first office in International City. Dubai’s property market was still developing rapidly, and International City was becoming an important new residential community. Establishing ourselves there gave us the opportunity to work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants from the community’s earliest years.
The beginning: International City, 2006
Black Arrow Real Estate was among the earliest agencies to establish a physical presence in International City. From our first office, we supported clients with residential sales and rentals while developing the detailed local knowledge that became central to our way of working.
We did not want to operate simply as a company that completed transactions. Our aim was to build relationships by understanding what each client was trying to achieve and providing practical, honest guidance.
Many of the people who first approached us as tenants or first-time buyers later returned as landlords, sellers and property investors. Some continue to work with us today.
Expanding to Uptown Mirdif, 2009
In 2009, Black Arrow Real Estate opened its second office in Uptown Mirdif. At that time, Uptown Mirdif was establishing itself as a distinctive family-focused community with apartments, townhouses, retail facilities and strong connections across Dubai.
For the following eight years, we operated offices in both International City and Uptown Mirdif. This period allowed our team to deepen its experience across two very different Dubai communities and to assist a growing number of tenants, homeowners and investors.
Our presence in Uptown Mirdif became an important part of the company’s identity. The knowledge and relationships developed there remain valuable today, and we continue to assist clients who have worked with Black Arrow Real Estate for many years.
A more focused operation from 2017
In 2017, after operating two branches for eight years, we closed our International City office and continued from Uptown Mirdif.
This was a new stage in the company’s development. Although our physical footprint changed, our commitment remained the same: to provide clients with dependable advice, responsive service and support extending beyond the completion of a transaction.
As Dubai’s market evolved, so did the needs of our clients. Our work developed across residential sales and lettings, off-plan property, commercial property and property management. Through different property cycles, we remained focused on long-term value rather than short-term promises.
A new chapter in Azizi Riviera, Meydan
In 2025, Black Arrow Real Estate moved from Uptown Mirdif to its current office in Azizi Riviera, Meydan.
The move placed us in one of Dubai’s fast-developing residential destinations and closer to many of the new communities and off-plan opportunities shaping the city’s next phase of growth. It also marked a new chapter for a company approaching its twentieth anniversary.
Our current location reflects how far both Dubai and Black Arrow Real Estate have progressed since 2006. However, the principles on which the company was built have not changed: local knowledge, clear communication, honest advice and lasting client relationships.
Relationships measured in years, not transactions
The achievement we value most is not simply remaining in business for 20 years. It is the number of clients who have returned to us at different stages of their property journey.
We have seen tenants become buyers, buyers become investors and investors build property portfolios. We have also continued supporting owners through rentals and property management long after their original purchases were completed.
These relationships demonstrate the type of agency we have always tried to be. Property decisions can involve a significant financial and personal commitment. Clients need more than a list of available properties; they need guidance from people who understand the market, explain the process and remain available when circumstances change.
Twenty years of change in Dubai property
Since 2006, Dubai has undergone extraordinary development. New freehold communities have emerged, world-class infrastructure has expanded, regulations have strengthened and the city has attracted buyers and investors from around the world.
Black Arrow Real Estate has worked through changing market cycles and has seen buyer priorities evolve. Technology has transformed how properties are marketed, but experience and trust remain essential. An online listing can show a property; it cannot replace careful advice about location, developer reputation, rental demand, service charges, financing, resale prospects or an investor’s exit strategy.
Our experience allows us to consider these wider factors and help clients look beyond promotional headlines when evaluating an opportunity.
Looking ahead
As we celebrate our twentieth anniversary, we are proud of our history but equally focused on the future.
Black Arrow Real Estate will continue helping clients buy, sell, rent and manage property across Dubai. We are also strengthening our support for UK and international buyers who want knowledgeable, locally based guidance when entering the Dubai market.
Our offices and surroundings may have changed over the years, but our purpose remains consistent: to give clients the confidence to make better property decisions and to build relationships that last beyond a single transaction.
