From International City to Uptown Mirdif — 20 Years in Dubai Real Estate
Black Arrow Real Estate was established in Dubai in 2006, opening our first office in International City during the early development of the community.
We were among the very first real estate companies to establish a physical presence in International City, giving our team first-hand experience of the community from its earliest years
As Dubai continued to grow, so did Black Arrow
In 2009, we opened our second branch in Uptown Mirdif, becoming one of the earliest real estate agencies to establish an office within the community. Uptown Mirdif subsequently became an important part of Black Arrow's history, with our team developing long-standing relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants and buyers in the area.
Two Offices. Two Communities. One Growing Dubai.
From 2009 to 2017, Black Arrow Real Estate operated from both International City and Uptown Mirdif.
Those years gave our team experience across very different parts of Dubai's property market and allowed us to build relationships with clients who, in many cases, continued working with us as their property requirements changed.
In 2017, we consolidated our operations and closed the International City office, continuing from our Uptown Mirdif branch.
Black Arrow remained based in Uptown Mirdif until 2025, marking approximately 16 years with a physical presence in the community.
In 2025, we moved from our Uptown Mirdif office as the business entered its next chapter.
20 Years Later
Today, Black Arrow Real Estate continues to serve Dubai's buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors with the same principle that has guided us since 2006: local knowledge, practical property advice and long-term relationships.
Dubai has changed enormously since we first opened our doors in International City.
We have changed with it.
But after 20 years in Dubai real estate, our focus remains on the people and relationships behind every property transaction.
