Black Arrow Real Estate is a real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, registered with the Dubai Land Department under RERA Office Registration Number (ORN) 1168. We have served clients in Dubai since 2006, including landlords and buyers living in the United Kingdom.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. That means we decide how and why it is used.

How we get it

If you are a tenant of a property we manage, we also hold the tenancy, identity and payment information needed to run the tenancy.

We do not ask for special category data, such as health or religious information. Please do not send it to us.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential cookies keep the site working and secure. These are always on.

Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) show us which pages are visited and how people find us.

Advertising cookies (such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) tell us when someone who clicked one of our adverts sends an enquiry. They also let us show our adverts to people who have visited our site.

We only use analytics and advertising cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

You can also control Google's use of your data for adverts at Google's My Ad Center.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes in section 3:

Service providers who act on our instructions: Wix (website and forms), Google (email, analytics and advertising), Meta (WhatsApp and Facebook), and our IT and accounting providers.

Parties to your property transaction: prospective and current tenants, buyers, sellers, other brokers, building management companies, DEWA and contractors we appoint for your property.

Government and regulators: the Dubai Land Department, RERA, Ejari, the Rental Disputes Centre, and courts or authorities where the law requires.

Your representatives: your lawyer, accountant or anyone you authorize in writing.

We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

We are based in Dubai. If you contact us from the UK or elsewhere, your data is transferred to and stored in the UAE. Some of our service providers also process data in the USA, the EU, and other countries.

When the UK data protection law applies, we protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards. These include the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the provider's own approved transfer mechanisms. You can ask us for details of the safeguards we use.

8. Keeping your data secure

We limit access to staff who need it and use password-protected, access-controlled systems. Identity and bank documents are shared only with the people who need them for your transaction.

No system is completely secure. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you the relevant regulator as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy

correct data that is wrong or incomplete

ask us to delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it

ask us to restrict or stop using your data, including objecting to uses based on our legitimate interests

receive data you gave us in a portable format

withdraw consent at any time, for example to marketing or cookies

To use any of these rights, email info@blackarrowrealestate.com. We will reply within one month. Exercising your rights is free, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

Complaints. Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. If you live in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the UAE, you can contact the UAE Data Office.

10. Marketing

We send market updates and offer only if you have agreed to receive them, or if you are an existing client, and we are telling you about similar services. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply "STOP" or tell us.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page; with the date it was last updated.
