Safdar Malik lives in Manchester and has been investing in UAE property for more than 20 years. In his recent review, he explains why having people he trusts in Dubai matters when owning property from the UK.

A property journey that began in 2003
Safdar made his first UAE property investment in Uptown Ajman in 2003. He later purchased several properties in International City, Dubai, building a connection with the UAE property market that has lasted more than two decades.
